This is a story I haven't shared with too many people. It's a rather sordid story of sex and secrets. As a recently "out and proud" gay man, who had been dating a great guy for the last year, I thought I was beyond this kind of stuff.

But then something happens and you're back to hiding.

I should let you know, I used to be married, and deep in the closet, having flings with men on the side. Then I realized it wasn't fair to anyone, most of all me. I wanted to be honest, and I wanted the freedom to meet a guy, fall in love, and have something real.

But I hadn't done anything about it, not really. Then I met Paul.

He was in the closet too at one time, so he knew what I was going through. But not long after meeting him, I came clean to my wife. It was tough.

Now we were separated and talking about divorce, and I'd been dating Paul for about a year.

Then he wanted me to meet his family and I was nervous as hell about it for some reason.

His brother and dad came over for dinner.

I have to admit that although I had told him I wanted to meet them, I was nervous.

Would they like me?

Would they treat me with respect?

Would there be tension?

Of course, there might be a little tension at first, there always is when you first meet people.

But then I met his dad, Sam and there was tension all right, but not the kind of tension I was expecting!

Sam was one of those straight, butch guys, older, but hot in every possible way. Sexy short gray hair, amazing body that looked like it belonged to a guy in his thirties, and wearing jeans and a t-shirt that fit him far too well, if you know what I mean. 

The kind of guy who got fit working hard, stands out for being naturally sexy, and who always seems to have a twinkle in his eyes and something dirty on his mind.

That kind of guy.

I tried not to think about it, the way he was making me feel. But then Paul told me why his parents got divorced.

That made me realize the vibes I was getting from Sam wasn't all in my head.

Yeah, Sam wanted something from me.

And I knew he wasn't going to take no for answer.

So, when had to come and stay with us for a few weeks…

Well, let's just say, not many guys get to know their soon to be father-in-law quite as well as I did.
